Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online casino available at https://colosseum-ca.com and your use of all games, services, and features offered under the brand "Colosseum Casino" for the Canadian market, including Colosseum Casino.   • Website: The site located at https://colosseum-ca.com and any subdomains, mobile versions, or related applications that provide access to the Colosseum Casino services for Canadian players.
  • User or Player or you: Any natural person who accesses the Website, opens an account, or uses any services or games provided by the Operator.
  • Account: A personal, single-user player account registered in your name with the Operator on colosseum-ca.com for the purpose of participating in online casino games.

  • Dispute: Any complaint, disagreement, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services, including the outcome of games, account management, bonuses, or payments.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

Account Creation Process

  3. KYC identity verification: To comply with AML, counter-terrorist financing, and regulatory requirements, the Operator may at any time request:
    • Government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver's licence);
    • Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
    • Proof of payment method ownership and, where required, proof of source of funds or source of wealth.
    Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension or closure of your Account and withholding of funds in accordance with applicable law.
  4. Eligibility checks: The Operator may perform identity checks, credit or affordability assessments (where permitted), screening against self-exclusion registers, and other compliance checks prior to activating or continuing your Account.

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You agree to:
    • Provide true, current, and complete information during registration; and
    • Promptly update your Account details if any information changes (such as address, name, or contact details).
    Providing false or misleading information may result in Account closure, voiding of bets, forfeiture of bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Password and security:
    • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
    • You must not share your login details with any third party, including family members, friends, or colleagues.
    • You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless caused directly by the Operator's negligence or misconduct.

  • Prohibited behaviour: You must not:
    • Open an Account or play when under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances impairing judgment;
    • Attempt to circumvent geo-blocking, self-exclusion, responsible gambling tools, or any technical protections;
    • Use VPNs, proxies, or any similar technology to disguise your location, in particular to access Ontario-regulated services if you are not physically in Ontario, or to access Canadian services from a foreign jurisdiction.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

  • Game-specific rules: Each game offered on Colosseum Casino is governed by its own Game Rules and paytables, accessible within the game interface. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to those Game Rules.
  • Funds required: Bets may only be placed if you have sufficient:
    • Real-Money Funds; and/or
    • Bonus Funds that are available for wagering on the relevant game, in accordance with the applicable Bonus Terms.
    Negative balances are not permitted. If an error causes a negative balance, it will be corrected promptly.
  • Minimum and maximum bets:

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • Player-initiated changes:
    • Once a Bet has been placed and confirmed by the system, it generally cannot be cancelled, revoked, or modified by you.

  • Operator-initiated voiding: The Operator may declare a Bet or game round void, cancel it, or roll it back if:

  • Respectful behaviour: When participating in live dealer games, chat rooms, or any interactive features, you must:
    • Refrain from using abusive, discriminatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive language;
    • Respect other players, dealers, and staff at all times; and
    • Not promote illegal activities, products, or services.
  • Prohibition of insults and harassment: Any threats, insults, bullying, or harassment directed at other players, dealers, or customer support staff may result in:
    • Immediate suspension of chat privileges;
    • Temporary or permanent Account suspension; and
    • Reporting to relevant authorities where required.
  • No fraud or collusion: You must not:
    • Collude with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
    • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games;
    • Exploit software bugs, game loopholes, or any form of system vulnerability; or
    • Engage in chip dumping or any practice intended to transfer value between accounts.
    The Operator may investigate suspected fraud or collusion, suspend or close Accounts, and withhold or confiscate funds where evidence of wrongdoing exists, subject to regulatory oversight.
  • Fair play and RNG: The fairness of games is underpinned by certified RNG systems and independent testing (including eCOGRA payout percentage and randomness reports). Any attempt to interfere with or manipulate the RNG or game outcome is strictly prohibited.

Bonus Terms

Activation of Bonuses

  • Eligibility for promotions:

  • Bonus activation:

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

  • Wagering requirements ("playthrough"):

    • Example: A C$100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires total eligible wagers of C$3,000 before withdrawal of associated bonus winnings (subject to the specific bonus rules in force at the time).
    • Only bets placed on eligible games and within specified bet limits may count towards wagering.
  • Contribution of games:

    • Depositing and withdrawing immediately (or after limited wagering) for the purpose of earning bonus or loyalty rewards without genuine gameplay.
  • Betting limits with active bonuses:
    • When a Bonus is active, there may be maximum bet limits per spin/round (for example, C$5, C$8, or C$10, depending on the specific promotion).
    • Bets above the permitted limit while wagering a bonus may not count towards requirements and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
  • Restricted games:
    • Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering or may have reduced contribution rates. Playing these games with Bonus Funds may result in bets not counting towards wagering or may be prohibited altogether.

Combining Promotions

  • One bonus at a time:

    • You may not combine or "stack" multiple welcome offers, deposit bonuses, or other promotions simultaneously.
  • Order of bonuses:

  • Ownership of payment methods:

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

Exclusions of Liability

      • Where restoration is not possible, void the affected Bets and refund stakes to your Account.
  • Indirect and consequential losses:

      • Loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill; or
      • Any loss or damage that could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time you accepted these Terms.
  • Third-party content and services:

      • Products, services, or promotions offered by third parties; or
      • Any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services.

Maximum Liability

  • Limit per incident: Subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law and regulatory requirements, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with a particular Bet, game round, or incident will not exceed:
    • The amount of the actual Bet or stake you placed on the affected game; or
    • Where no Bet is associated, the amount of funds that were directly in dispute at the time of the incident.
  • Non-excludable rights:
    • Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Operator's liability:
      • For death or personal injury caused by its negligence;
      • For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

Intellectual Property Rights

    • No other rights, licences, or interests are granted or implied.

Restrictions on Use

  • Prohibited activities: You agree not to:
    • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any part of the Website or Services without prior written consent from the Operator or relevant rights holders;
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from any software or game provided through colosseum-ca.com, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
    • Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices appearing on the Website or within any games or content;
    • Use the Website's trademarks, brand names, or logos (including those of Colosseum Casino, Casino Rewards, or associated entities) in any way that may cause confusion, imply endorsement, or harm the Operator's reputation.
  • Third-party IP:
    • Some games and content are provided by third-party software providers. All such third-party intellectual property remains the property of the respective owner and is used under licence by the Operator.
    • You must comply with any additional terms and restrictions imposed by third-party licensors as notified on the Website or within specific games.

Privacy & Data Protection

Changes to Terms

Right to Amend

    • The Operator may modify, update, or replace these Terms from time to time in order to:
      • Reflect changes in laws, regulations, or licensing conditions (including those from Kahnawake Gaming Commission and AGCO/iGO);
      • Address new features, services, or promotions; or

Notification Procedure

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Grounds for suspension or termination: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, restrict access to certain games, or withhold funds where it reasonably believes that:
    • You have breached these Terms, any Game Rules, or Bonus Terms;
    • You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information, or refused to provide required KYC documentation;
    • You have engaged in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, identity theft, bonus abuse, collusion, or other criminal or improper activities;
    • You have initiated unjustified chargebacks or disputed legitimate payments;

Procedure and Notification
